Incorrect fairlead geometry stood out to the naked eye. Having a local 3D scan of the affected surfaces, an accurate model could be produced to show the existing geometry, and then proposed geometry created to produce a build instruction to absolutely ensure the production team would rectify the alignment of the fairleads true to the eye.
